TonoLab: Lexicon Server

Welcome to the LEXICON Server

I am Associate Professor at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.  My research interest is in the application of corpora for foreign language teaching and research.  I have been involved in major English corpus building projects such as NICT-JLE, PERC, JEFLL, among others.  I am also involved in the 5-year large-scale government-funded project of compiling a balanced corpus of written Japanese initiated by National Institute of Japanese Language (NIJL).
